By submitting a paper and presenting at the Global Conference on Services and Retail Management 2021, you agree to the terms outlined below:
The presenter (“Speaker”) on behalf of all author(s) of the paper, authorize University of South Florida M3 Center, Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI), AcademiaCentral, and its affiliates (the “Organization/s”), to make audio, video, photo, and text recordings by any means and in any media (the “Recordings”) of my presentation, workshop, training, or program described above (the “Event”) and to use my name, associated company name, title, photograph, likeliness and biographical information (the “Speaker Information”) in connection with the reproduction, distribution, marketing, and promotion of the Event and the Recordings. I represent and warrant that any statements included in the Speaker Information true and accurate. I agree that the Organization/s will own the Recordings. I further agree that the Organization/s will have the irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide right to make, copy, edit, exhibit, publish, perform, distribute, play, sell, show, display and otherwise use and make available the Recordings and any works that may be derived from the Recordings, in addition to any applicable handouts or other materials that I have provided in connection with the Event, by any means and in any media now existing or hereafter invented, including, without limitation, external websites, press releases, social media, digital promotions and print materials, and to authorize other to do the same. I understand and agree that I will not receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with either the rights I have granted to the Organization/s. Neither the materials used and presented during the Event nor the grant of rights I have made to the Organization/s in this document infringes or violates any copyright or other right of or breaches any obligation I have to any other person or entity. I also understand I may request withdrawal of this authorization at any time by reaching out to the Organization/s via the contact form located at Such cancellation may only be effective to prevent the future use of Speaker Information as deemed reasonable and practical, and shall not pertain to any information published, shared, or distributed prior to the withdrawal request. If any provision of this consent is found to be unenforceable at law, the remaining provisions shall survive and remain in full force and effect. This consent shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
